Qualifications

• 10+ years of counterfeit/IP, trust and safety, ecommerce policy, or related field experience.
• Experience leading managers, senior ICs, policy experts in a global environment.
• Ability to translate complex legal/policy inputs into clear strategies and requirements.
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead global counterfeit/IP policy operations strategy, guiding policy intent and enforcement planning.
• Identify and prioritize emerging IP issues, regulatory changes, and enforcement gaps.
• Document policies, requirements, controls, and decision frameworks for consistent execution.
• Make policies and enforcement clear and actionable for sellers, rights owners, and internal teams.
• Use outcomes and data to assess performance and improve policies and enforcement.
• Provide senior leaders with clear IP risk and performance recommendations.
• Represent policy operations in governance forums with Legal, Regulatory, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
