Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in medical devices or regulated environments.
• Experience in category management, negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute category strategy across packaging, aligned with roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier segmentation, cost optimization.
• Negotiate complex contracts including long-term agreements.
• Leverage market intel to inform sourcing decisions.
• Partner with engineering, quality and operations to align with product development.
• Identify value creation opportunities including cost savings and supplier consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance standards.
• Any other duties as assigned.
