Job summary

CREGG in Gort, Co. Galway is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead a high-performing team within a hybrid work setup.

You will develop category strategies, influence senior stakeholders and drive supplier performance to deliver measurable cost and process improvements in manufacturing procurement. You will coach and develop staff, shape sourcing decisions, and own initiatives that advance performance across the department.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proven direct people management experience with examples of developing teams and improving performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Manufacturing or regulated industry experience is advantageous.
