Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive program or project management experience in a global enterprise.

• Experience with incident response, crisis management, or operational programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the IEM program roadmap with outcomes, owners, milestones.
• Establish planning, governance, and risk-review cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews across regions.
• Translate incident patterns into prioritized improvement work.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and decision records.
• Ensure readiness and adoption of process changes.
