Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Atlas Clusters to own cross-domain initiatives and drive strategic programs across engineering, design, security, and GTM.

You will translate complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps and ensure execution with senior stakeholders. You will lead governance and success metrics for multi-team programs, partnering with finance and GTM on pricing, launch decisions, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience on technically complex, infrastructure-level products.
• Demonstrated success owning enterprise-grade, technical products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and metrics rigor; data-informed judgment.
• Hands-on experience with databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engineers, executives, and customers.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs and align senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-domain initiatives within Atlas Clusters and define goals and milestones.
• Lead product strategy and execution, translating requirements into clear roadmaps.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized investments and outcomes across teams.
• Set governance, success metrics, and operating cadence for multi-team programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, GTM, and Finance on launches, pricing, and packaging.
• Represent MongoDB with customers and executives as a subject-matter expert on Atlas.
