Job summary

Keelings is seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support daily inbound transport activities across road, sea and air freight, ensuring timely arrivals and optimal cost control. You will work with suppliers, hauliers and internal teams to maintain accurate records, assist in customs clearance, and drive continual improvements in processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain admin.
• Understanding of international freight operations.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export docs advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound logistics across road, sea and air freight.
• Support planning and scheduling of inbound deliveries per operational needs.
• Monitor inbound shipments and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers, hauliers, shipping lines and freight forwarders for timely collection and delivery.
• Assist with container scheduling, haulage planning and transport coordination.
• Track supplier delivery performance and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with customs clearance by coordinating documentation with agents and partners.
• Maintain freight documentation and logistics system updates on time.
• Support global inbound imports by air and sea with proper documentation.
• Build strong relationships with 3PLs and transport partners.
• Monitor inbound transport costs and assist cost-control initiatives.
