BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Planning & Analytics to lead enterprise planning across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and finance.

This hybrid Cork-based role connects Commercial, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver patient-centric supply solutions on a 24–60 month horizon. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership within biotech/pharma.
• Proven global S&OP/IBP leadership with long-range planning experience.
• Strong ERP, planning systems, and analytics tool experience.
• Demonstrated senior-level leadership in complex global orgs.
• Deep life sciences supply chain knowledge and patient-focused mindset.
• Strong financial acumen with cross-functional leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• IBP process ownership in a rare disease environment.
• Own the global IBP framework for rare disease planning and capacity planning.
• Establish governance for trade-offs and launch readiness.
• Chair IBP forums across Commercial, Clinical, Technical Ops, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Medical.
• Lead data analytics and dashboards to support markets, supply, and finance.
• Develop planning capability and mentor integrated planners across the network.
