Job summary

BioMarin in Dublin is seeking an FP&A Manager – Supply Chain and Gross Margin to join the TOPS Finance team, providing financial planning and analytical support for global supply chain and margin performance.

The role partners with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational activity into financial insights, drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modelling in a complex biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Biotech/pharma finance experience preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, long-range planning and monthly close processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain and TOPS Finance stakeholders to develop robust financial plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analysis and management reports.
• Provide variance analysis, scenario modelling and KPI development.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
