Job summary

BioMarin Ireland is looking for a Senior Manager, Global E2E Product Supply Planner to own end-to-end supply planning from Drug Substance through Finished Goods across sites and markets, ensuring product availability and alignment with global objectives in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will lead demand and supply integration, define inventory strategies, monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics and Commercial teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• B.S. or BA in supply chain management, science and/or engineering. MBA or advanced degree in SCM strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of supply chain management and planning experience at a global or multi-plant Biotech/Pharma/CP company.
• Experience with global product supply planning and knowledge of Biotech/Pharma S&OP processes.
• Solid understanding of cGMP, FDA and regulatory requirements.
• Experience implementing global S&OP and planning systems.
• Biotech/Pharma manufacturing exposure; HQ/production site experience preferred.
• Experience working internationally in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in SAP IBP and advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full supply plan for DS, DP, FG across life cycle.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to consolidate global demand and net requirements.
• Define and manage inventory positioning; monitor WOS and inventory turns.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; lead scenario planning.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure alignment with global supply objectives and regional dynamics.
• Maintain planning parameters in SAP IBP and ensure data accuracy.
