Purpose of team and role The Global Capabilities Optimisation and Automation (GCOA) Team is responsible for driving innovation, process optimisation, and digital transformation across Cork GBS and the wider Lilly organisation. The team works closely with business partners to identify opportunities for improvement, leverage emerging technologies, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. As a Data and Analytics Intern, you will support the team in transforming data into meaningful insights that help drive innovation and operational excellence. You will work with modern analytics and data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, and Python, to analyse business data, develop reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. The role provides exposure to real-world business challenges, enabling you to build technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to projects that improve processes and create value across Global Business Solutions.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is € - € Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
