MSD Malaysia, a global health care leader, offers an Business Excellence Internship Programme in Ireland. You will support continuous improvement projects, update dashboards and metrics, and develop innovative digital solutions.

You will present to various levels, collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions, and participate in site events. The role emphasizes adaptability, proactive learning, and effective communication while working in a diverse, inclusive team

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related technical discipline.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Management skills.
Strong Communication Skills and organizational skills.
Comfortable presenting ideas and participating in meetings or workshops.

Responsibilities

Support and leads Continuous Improvement projects as required.
Supports team specialists with tasks.
Updates dashboards, metrics, excel files.
Participates in tier meetings, Leader Standard Work (LSW) walks, problem solving.
Design, develops, supports innovative and digital solutions as required.
Supports other Business Excellence teams within the department.
Participates and gets involve in supporting site events and projects.
Develops PowerPoint presentations.
Rolls out presentations to various levels of the organisation.
