Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Upstream Operations IPT Intern in Ireland to contribute to strategic planning by providing medical insight and expert knowledge about the product area. You will help build relationships with healthcare professionals and academic centres while supporting the start-up of the Upstream manufacturing area within the bulk drug substance facility.

This hybrid internship involves Lean improvements, CAPA support, SOP and Electronic Batch Records development, and collaboration

Qualifications

• PQ20 Required Skills include analytical problem solving, data analytics and CAPA management.
• Experience with batch records, document management and quality compliance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and chemical engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up of Upstream manufacturing area within the bulk drug substance facility.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Assist CAPA management and QRAs.
• Prepare SOPs and Electronic Batch Records for start-up.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and collaborate with CQV and Automation teams.
