Qualifications

• 15+ years in program or delivery management, with experience shipping hardware and software products.
• Proficient in hardware and software delivery methodologies with global deployment experience.
• Experience managing complex high-impact programs with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the stage-gate process end to end with data-driven reviews.
• Translate roadmaps into integrated hardware and software delivery plans from concept to go-to-market.
• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, supply chain, quality, NPI, manufacturing and go-to-market teams.
• Manage risks and dependencies with early actions and mitigations to ensure on-time delivery and market launch.
• Lead AI enablement to improve overall execution and speed in portfolio delivery lifecycle.
• Provide concise program summaries to the executive and management teams with clear status and actions.
• Mature the portfolio and product delivery function including tooling, cadence, and governance.
