Job summary

Flutter Entertainment is seeking a Senior leader to define and deliver the global Systems, Risk & Controls strategy across Oracle ERP and EPM platforms. You will lead a high-performing, multi-jurisdictional team and ensure robust governance, scalable processes, and a sustainable control environment aligned to SOX.

You will partner with CFO, Technology, and Transformation to embed controls into programmes, drive ITGCs, and oversee control assurance with Internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead finance systems, risk management, and internal controls in a global setting.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, ICFR, ITGCs and COSO frameworks.
• Experience implementing and optimising Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global Systems, Risk & Controls strategy aligned to finance transformation and regulatory requirements (SOX).
• Act as senior authority on finance systems governance, risk frameworks, and control design across ERP and EPM.
