Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for the European Custody franchise across the Single Legal Vehicle.
Own product catalog and ensure coherence with booking model and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement AI opportunities in product development, reporting, and operations.
Drive new business growth, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and support client onboarding.
Manage P&L, cost control, and reporting with monthly performance reviews.
Coordinate DORA and Central Bank of Ireland engagement for compliance.
Lead Operational Resilience strategy across 11 CEP markets.
Coordinate risk events with IBRC and act as primary liaison for remediation.
