The successful candidate will handle NAV oversight, cash flow monitoring, and compliance reviews across UCITS, ETFs, and other fund structures, while supporting process development and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years direct experience within Depositary Services.
• Private Equity / Debt Depositary experience a distinct advantage.
• Third level qualification in Business/Finance/Economics or related area.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring fund compliance with prospectus-based and regulatory restrictions.
• Performing cash flow monitoring, investment and borrowing restriction checks, NAV oversight.
• Developing processes and client reporting; driving enhancements.
• Acting as day-to-day contact for clients and attending board meetings as required.
• Assisting with annual on-site reviews of the fund administrator, transfer agent and managers.
