Job summary

SEABRIDGE Logistics operates as a leading global provider of freight forwarding and warehousing services, headquartered in Dublin. We seek a logistics professional to manage documentation, planning, and customer relations, with a focus on sea freight and import/export procedures.

The role requires 2–4 years' experience, strong attention to deadlines, and the ability to coordinate multiple shipments while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of freight activities, especially sea freight and import/export procedures.
• Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Documentation management for bills of lading, seaways bills, and invoices.
• Plan and control Freight Forwarding activities on a day to day basis.
• Liaise with Customs to ensure timely clearance.
• Booking cargo space and negotiating rates with shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies.
• Provide real-time updates to customers and troubleshoot delays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Assist with insurance claims in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics system including all costings and invoices.
• Understand sea freight and import/export procedures.
