Job summary

SEABRIDGE is seeking an Export Freight Co-Ordinator at our Cork branch reporting to the Operations Manager. You will handle data entry, bookings and coordination for export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time departure.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in freight or exports, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards for key customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years freight experience preferred, exports knowledge helpful.
• Strong understanding of exports and customs procedures.
• Proactive with deadlines and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and booking preparation for export entry.
• Communicate with customers about bookings and queries.
• Develop relationships with key customers and shipping needs.
• Coordinate export groupage and full-load movements.
• Provide information to transport companies for collection/delivery.
• Monitor incoming mail and flag issues.
• Uphold company image and standards.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by team leader.
