Job summary

The People Co. in Ireland seeks a Technical & Regulatory Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant product information and to supply data to customers and internal teams.

You will support audit readiness and data governance to enable scalable growth across a global customer base. We expect a degree in a related science and 2+ years in a technical/regulatory/quality role within food ingredients or nutraceuticals, with strong data skills and knowledge of EU regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant science field with strong data handling abilities.
• Experience in technical, regulatory or quality roles in food ingredients or nutraceuticals.
• Knowledge of EU food regulations and dietary supplement rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers on product and regulatory queries.
• Prepare, complete and manage detailed customer questionnaires and technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve product documentation repositories and data management practices.
• Provide regulatory and quality documentation to customers in a timely manner.
• Support audit readiness and ongoing compliance with food safety and quality management systems.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of EU food regulations and dietary supplement regulations (human and animal).
• Support Business Development, NPD and customer interactions with regulatory and technical insights.
