Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Financial Controller to lead day-to-day finance operations across our retail and online divisions from Dundalk HQ. You will ensure accurate reporting, robust internal controls and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee accounting, reporting, tax and treasury, while driving efficiency and supporting growth. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial controls and regulatory reporting.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations across retail and online divisions.
• Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and reconciliations.
• Oversee tax, treasury and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
