Job summary

KAYAK is seeking a strategic leader to own the global finance systems landscape from Ireland. You will govern NetSuite ERP and related tools, drive an AI and automation roadmap, and align technology with enterprise finance priorities.

You’ll build a high-performing team and partner across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Audit, and Engineering. Remote-friendly for Ireland-resident candidates, focusing on governance, data integrity, and scalable architecture to shorten close cycles and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in finance systems or related field.
Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience; familiarity with O2C, P2P, and R2R.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects such as ERP migrations.
Experience implementing AI-driven or automation-first finance solutions.
Ability to build relationships across teams and present to senior leadership.
Degree in Accounting, Engineering, CS, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for global finance systems and multi-year roadmap.
Oversee NetSuite configurations, upgrades, and SOX-compliant governance.
Define integration architecture across transaction, billing, and reporting systems.
Lead development of finance AI and automation roadmap.
Partner with Data Engineering to build trusted data foundations.
Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing finance systems team.
Translate goals into phased delivery plans with milestones and owners.
Present technology recommendations to CFO, CAO, and controllers.
