Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide contract. You will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems evaluation, applying accounting judgment to AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior AI training or human-data work experience is required; expertise across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 is valued. Strong English communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with financial systems and multiple ERP platforms.
• Experience in AI training, data evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and system logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI responses.
• Create accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
