Job summary

Dublin-based role with a flexible office model at Salesforce, supporting cash, intercompany and indirect tax within a global finance operation. Qualifications

• CPA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Controllership or Tax within a multinational organisation or Big Four.
• Experience with Shared Services and global finance operations.
• Strong understanding of cash operations, intercompany accounting and indirect tax.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and support for global cash, intercompany, and indirect tax close activities.
• Partner with Shared Services and regional Finance teams to resolve operational issues and drive standardised processes.
• Support strategic process-improvement initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Represent Controllership on operational workstreams and implement scalable processes with Technology and other stakeholders.
• Support global expansion activities, organisational changes and system implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor performance and surface risk indicators.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and internal controls for a robust global operating model.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement sustainable process enhancements.
