Job summary

AbbVie in Ireland invites graduates to join the 2027 Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP), a two-year, four-rotation program designed to build leadership and financial management skills.

Rotations span Commercial Finance (NL/BE), Operations Finance in Westport (Ireland), Finance Shared Services in Krakow, and Europe Area Finance in Paris, with international exposure including two weeks in the United States.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Master’s (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Finance/Accounting).
• Strong academic performance, minimum 2.1.
• Successful completion of at least three accounting courses (each with 3 credit hours) by graduation, with one focused on cost or managerial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis for various projects across rotations.
