Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline with grade 2:1 or higher.
• Geographically mobile and willing to do at least one year assignment outside home country
• Unrestricted authorization to work in Europe
• Fluent level of English for written and verbal business communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across Technical, Operations Planning, Quality Assurance, Project Management and Engineering.
• Relocate to various sites around Ireland during the program.
• Be a full-time Abbott employee with the same salary and benefits as other Abbott staff.
• Receive mentorship and a personalized growth plan to guide career development.
• Work across multiple business units and explore crossover assignments within other Operations Programs.
