Job summary

AbbVie invites graduates to join the 2027 Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP), a four-rotation, two-year track designed to build leadership and technical skills across finance domains.

Rotations include Westport, Ireland Operations and several international sites, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You’ll develop across Commercial, Corporate, and FP&A functions in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Bachelor’s degree; strong academic record.
• Completed accounting coursework with emphasis on cost/managerial accounting.
• Internship in finance or accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Finance, accounting, and business support functions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Contribute to analysis of manufacturing operations and cost management.
