Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience with robotics or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate agricultural robotic systems on customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure uptime.
• Train customers and farm staff on operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and serviceability.
• Document service activities and develop preventive maintenance plans.
