Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior / Staff Field Robotics System Engineer to operate at the intersection of hands-on robotics expertise, customer engagement, and platform enablement.

You will act as a system-level domain expert supporting customers from architecture discussions through PoC, evaluation, and system support, accelerating adoption of ADI technologies in real-world robotic systems. This high-impact, customer-facing role collaborates with ADI BUs, Sales, Software, ADI Garage,

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in robotics system, subsystem, or technology design.
• Hands-on experience integrating robotic systems or advanced robotics.
• Experience at hardware-software boundary and system bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference systems.
• Work hands-on with robotic subsystems and platforms (motion, sensing, perception, control).
• Support system bring-up, integration, and debugging across hardware, software, and control layers.
• Lead customer engagements on platforms and system solutions.
• Develop deep expertise across key robotics technologies.
• Translate customer needs into clear system requirements.
• Represent ADI in customer engagements and industry events.
