FRS Recruitment is recruiting for a Farm Management Support Advisor to work with a leading producer of farm automation products in Kilkenny and the Southeast. The role combines practical dairy farming knowledge with technology, data insight and customer support, delivering on-farm guidance, training and performance advice.

Ideal candidates have an agriculture background, enjoy problem-solving and are motivated to contribute to a profitable, sustainable farming future.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as listed in requirements.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities with customers.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Ability to train and present to farmers and farm staff.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance before, during and after start-up of robotic milking/feeding systems.
Check farm management software settings and advise on reports and routines.
Deliver training to farmers and farm employees on Lely technology.
Monitor farm performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Set goals with customers and monitor progress.
Provide on-farm support and remote assistance as needed.
Promote FMS service products and build long-term customer relationships.
Participate in customer events with Sales and Marketing teams.
