Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick seeks a Fee Analyst to support the billing cycle and revenue recognition for multiple entities across EMEA. The role reports to the Ireland Fees Team Leader and engages with Client Services, Business Operations, and Financial Control.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong numeracy, and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage data and respond to client inquiries within strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities required for monthly close processes.
• Attention to detail is paramount in revenue recognition and billing cycles.
• Experience with SOX/compliance and audit readiness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate client billing across entities.
• Set up and maintain client static data with correct interpretation of arrangements.
• Aggregate fee debtors and generate payment instructions following procedures.
• Complete accruals promptly as part of month-end close to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Collaborate with New Business, Client Services, and Operations to capture new/terminated business.
• Escalate billing delays and issues; maintain strong relationships with Client Services and Business.
• Address client/business/finance queries and document/ escalate as needed.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
• Participate as SME in fees-related changes and projects.
