Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a Fee Analyst to join an established International Finance Operations team. You will be based in Limerick and report to the Ireland Fees Team Leader, handling revenue recognition, billing and collections for multiple entities across EMEA.

The role involves interaction with Client Services, Business Operations and Financial Control, ensuring accurate fee arrangements are reflected in financial records and month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to work to month-end deadlines and controls.
• Numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Strong planning and organisation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced IT skills, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to partner with peers, management and overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Billing of clients across Northern Trust entities to tight deadlines.
• Set up and maintain client data to reflect documented arrangements.
• Collect fee debtors and generate payment instructions & banking entries.
• Complete accruals timely as part of month-end close.
• Ensure new/terminated business is captured, accrued and invoiced.
• Escalate billing delays and issues promptly.
• Liaise with Client Services and Operations to support client relations.
• Support SOX/audit requirements and assist with internal/external audits.
