Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager for Global Occupier Services – Integrated Facilities Management, based in Dublin. You will manage designated client-site projects, campus and facilities, coordinating with client representatives and the property/facility management team to ensure delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Engineering or Architecture, with 5+ years of direct PM experience and at least 3 years in supervision, plus preference for

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years directly related engineering/construction project accountability experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in project management, including leading and developing employees.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project phase to meet objectives.
• Keep building management apprised of progress.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings reviews across project phases.
• Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams as necessary.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; confer with client and management on costs and impacts.
• Support the marketing of services to clients.
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with facility management and clients to achieve goals.
