Silent-Aire, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide onsite support to the VP & General Manager of Silent-Aire EMEA & APAC. This role serves as a trusted partner to the executive leader, ensuring the efficient management of business priorities, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities across a multi-regional organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting senior executives at Director, VP, GM, or C-suite.
• Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, international travel, and executive priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones, prioritizing meetings, travel and commitments.
• Coordinate executive schedules and align with strategic priorities.
• Handle inbound communications and requests for the VP & GM.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, agendas and minutes.
• Track action items and follow up with leadership teams.
• Coordinate confidential projects and governance-related activities.
• Maintain records and documentation in line with company standards.
