Job summary

Fintua seeks an experienced eInvoicing Solution Enablement Consultant to translate global regulatory requirements into practical customer guidance. You will bridge regulatory insight, technical capability and commercial support across pre-sales, onboarding and early adoption, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of Continuous Transaction Controls, Peppol, SAF-T and VAT/GST regimes, with proven experience in enterprise customer

Qualifications

• Five+ years in eInvoicing, indirect tax, tax technology or ERP integration.
• Experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities, discovery, solution design or demonstrations.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience delivering workshops, presentations or customer-facing guidance.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing customer needs with regulatory and delivery feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as the eInvoicing SME for strategic opportunities.
• Participate in discovery workshops to understand processes, ERP landscapes, data flows and regulatory obligations.
• Translate requirements into clear solution approaches aligned with Fintua's capabilities.
• Support demonstrations, RFPs, RFIs, proposals and presentations.
• Articulate regulatory, operational and technical value of the eInvoicing proposition.
• Identify non-standard requirements and implementation risks before finalising contractual commitments.
• Document expectations, scope and assumptions clearly.
