Alkermes is seeking a Manager EHS Systems to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PSCI. The role oversees internal and third-party audits, drives risk reduction, and ensures regulatory compliance across GMP manufacturing environments.

Hybrid/onsite work Model with travel to manufacturing sites as needed; requires 7–10 years in EHS and formal audit training or certification.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in EHS, management systems, or compliance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• ISO 14001 / 45001 audit training or certification.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems and planning and leading audits and inspections.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain enterprise EHS management systems across diverse regulatory jurisdictions and align with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PSCI.
• Serve as system owner for Global EHS policies, procedures, risk assessment, objectives and governance.
• Embed EHS systems into GMP manufacturing, utilities, laboratories and support functions.
• Develop and maintain global annual EHSS audit program and lead audits, self-assessments and gap analyses.
• Track findings, close CAPA, and reduce systemic risk.
• Establish and maintain global EHS metrics, dashboards and reporting processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to governance forums and management reviews.
• Drive EHS system maturity through continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Support change management for adoption and cultural integration.
• Coach site EHS professionals and senior stakeholders on requirements and best practices.
