Hanley Calibration Ltd in Cork is seeking an experienced EHS & IMS Lead to develop, implement and audit integrated management systems across multi-site operations.

You will bridge frontline safety with strategic compliance, leading ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 initiatives, audits, CAPA, RCA, and risk governance.

The role includes delivering IOSH training and liaising with regulators, ensuring GxP and HSA Ireland guidance are observed.

Qualificações

• Degree in Environmental Science, OH&S or Engineering.
• CMIOSH status or working towards it.
• NEBOSH International Diploma.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001/45001 and calibration principles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and audit IMS for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 across multi-site operations.
• Lead risk assessments and technical reports (COSHH, LOTO, RAMS).
• Manage day-to-day QMS operations, audits, supplier evaluations and CAPA.
• Act as regulatory liaison for local/international guidelines (HSA Ireland).
• Apply PDCA, RCA and continuous improvement to reduce incidents.
• Deliver IOSH-certified training and safety briefings to teams.
