Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, life sciences or similar field; 10+ years in Pharmaceutical or related manufacturing.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience deploying EHS Management Systems at corporate level in multinational settings.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, regulators and vendors.
  • Expertise in ISO 14001/45001, EHS risk management and development of Management Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operating mechanisms for effective EHS Management System implementation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Structure and simplify EHS management systems and technical standards with clear roles and accountability.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and regulatory agencies to benchmark EHS capabilities.
  • Lead management system projects and continual improvement with metrics like audits and incidents.
