Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading laboratory operations and equipment management.
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment lifecycle, IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV activities.
• Maintain lab safety, EHS compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage lab operations, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audits and CAPAs.
