You will work with Global, Sectors, and BUs to diagnose maturity, create roadmaps, and execute high-impact projects to expand capabilities across markets and channels.

The role emphasizes hands-on program delivery, senior stakeholder engagement, and the scaling of successful commercial practices globally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Commercial Analytics and Perfect Store.
• Experience across traditional and organized trade channels.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability design and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish global capability best practices/standards.
• Diagnose maturity of Perfect Store programs and build roadmaps.
• Execute High Impact Projects: deploy services and scale programs.
• Deploy Perfect Store Value Realization tracking.
• Develop Perfect Store chapters within E2E playbooks.
• Collaborate with DX/GCC to drive connectivity.
