Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Ireland seeks a Senior Manager to define and implement the Supply Chain Capability & Innovation strategy for PGCS. The role focuses on simplifying, standardising and automating end-to-end supply chain processes, strengthening master data governance, and aligning analytics investments with business value.

You will partner with central D&A, drive portfolio scoping, design input, prioritisation, and agile delivery support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain transformation and analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation agendas in global or matrixed organisations.
• Experience with demand planning, inventory, master data governance and SAP-enabled planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Supply Chain Capability, Innovation and Process Excellence roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes.
• Lead MDG and governance improvements for Supply Chain master data.
• Oversee analytics portfolio and agile delivery support.
• Drive end-to-end process simplification and automation across hubs.
• Lead Demand Planning capability improvements across international hubs, with focus on Ireland and Singapore.
• Build capability through training, playbooks and change plans.
• Influence senior stakeholders and balance global standardisation with hub-level adoption.
