Job summary

PepsiCo is offering a 12-month assignment focused on Food Safety & Quality Assurance analytics across top beverage markets. You will drive data-informed decisions by leveraging consumer science, product quality, and market performance insights to strengthen competitive advantage.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Data Engineering, and Consumer Science teams to deliver the digital Competitive Scorecard and manage a near $3MM program budget, ensuring alignment with financial calendars

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, R&D, FSQA, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade performance data and identify trends to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Development teams to track formulas and maintain specifications repository.
• Manage external vendor relationships and scope of work to meet objectives.
• Create Lab Advantage requests for consumer research and track to completion.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Consumer Science to update the digital Competitive Scorecard.
• Support financial management of a near $3MM program budget, including PO creation, invoice tracking, forecasting.
