Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across our global organization.

You will partner with technology and business leaders to deliver critical programmes spanning IAM, PAM, IGA, Security Operations and Data Protection. This role reports to senior stakeholders and requires a track record of delivering large-scale technology projects with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, IGA, Security Operations or Data Protection.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to delivering AI implementations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through to completion.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define objectives, manage priorities and achieve successful outcomes.
• Build, define and manage project plans/scopes, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Drive clear communication and governance across global teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to organisational standards.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery practices, processes and controls.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that enables teams to perform at their best.
• Oversee financial management and performance for projects
• Identify process improvement opportunities supporting current and evolving program governance standards.
• Integrate new tools and technology to support greater efficiency and quality in program planning and delivery.
