Airbnb is seeking a Support Specialist for its Regulatory Response team, based in Dublin. You will interact with customers and internal stakeholders on the front line, handling complex cases with care and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work weekends and shifts. English and French language abilities are required or beneficial, with some Portuguese knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or similar roles in contact center environments.
• Experience using phone, messaging, or live chat to interact with users/customers.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, with schedule changes as needed.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex cases with the highest level of service.
• Interact with customers and community members across channels (live chat, messaging, phone).
• End-to-end management of complex cases following workflows and guidelines.
• Develop understanding of workflows and follow them.
• Summarize user issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while staying professional and organized.
• Escalate correctly to other teams when appropriate.
• Provide timely resolution and maintain fast, efficient support.
• Adapt to schedule changes based on business needs.
• Support operational success and share best practices with the team.
• Participate in discussions for upcoming changes and launches.
