Job summary

Amazon seeks a dynamic leader to drive global audit and compliance programs across re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (RRL) operations. The role develops, implements, and improves internal and external audit programs, regulatory systems, and an Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure excellence across multi-site, multi-jurisdiction operations.

You will oversee internal and external audits, CAPA tracking, regulatory compliance, and governance within a scalable IMS.

Qualifications

• Experience with auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 is desirable.
• Strong project management and cross-site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive internal audit program across global operations.
• Coordinate external certification audits and manage third-party certification bodies.
• Develop and maintain compliance registers, legal obligation tracking, and regulatory change management processes.
• Support governance and IMS alignment across certification standards.
• Provide training on audit methodology and risk management; communicate results to senior leadership.
