Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Director, Head of Global Commercial Business Finance Operations to drive global sales finance operations, pricing, SOX controls, and operational transformation across multiple regions.

The role partners with Commercial Finance peers, provides strategic insights, and leads cross‑functional teams to optimize revenue and profitability on a global scale. Flexibility to work across Cork, Lausanne, Utrecht, and London is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in finance and sales operations in a global org.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, compensation models, CRM systems, and data management.
• Track record of driving global process transformation and financial performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KPIs related to global sales effectiveness and productivity.
• Design global sales incentives, align with financial targets and strategy.
• Support global pricing strategies, establish price rules and discount guidelines.
• Develop and manage global pricing processes, workflows, and communication.
• Oversee pricing tools and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead channel revenue management and spend guidance across GCO.
• Oversee SOX controls and transactional approvals within systems.
• Lead sales operations functions: data management, reporting, analytics, territory management, quota administration.
• Identify and drive business finance process transformation and automation.
• Build and develop a high-performing cross-regional team.
• Collaborate with Global Finance, Legal, IT to support GCO objectives.
• Lead strategic projects within GCO or Business Finance (e.g., GTN optimization).
