Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Business Capability Owner to lead the Consumer CX capability, partnering with the Global CX unit to roadmap self-service, agent tools, and omnichannel support.

You will drive scalability, resilience, and modernization across CX platforms, oversee a multi-year roadmap, enable AI-driven insights, ensure data governance, and align with growth objectives to deliver world-class customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership in customer service product management.
• Experience driving large-scale CX transformations.
• Knowledge of modernizing enterprise CX tech stacks.
• Understanding of B2C retail/consumer electronics support.

Responsibilities

• CX Strategy & Platform Vision: Define 3–5 year roadmap for B2C Service tech.
• Operational Alignment: Translate business goals into agent-focused digital features.
• Backlog & Prioritization: Own the capability roadmap including AI-enabled features.
• Business Value & ROI: Measure CSAT, NPS, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Advise Head of Global CX and Operations Directors.
• Partnership: Collaborate with TL to deliver scalable technical solutions.
