Cohesity is seeking a Senior Collections Manager to lead a distributed, global collections team and own forecasting, cash performance, and credit-policy compliance. You will drive the health of the receivables book, manage risk tools, and report findings to Finance and Sales leadership.

You will oversee weekly collections forecasting, reconcile forecasts to actuals, and ensure compliance with global policy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in Credit & Collections or AR management with people management experience.
• Mastery of AR/collections metrics: DSO, aging, and cash flow impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own weekly and quarterly collections forecasting against the benchmark and drive corrective actions.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for cash-flow decisions with gross/net views.
• Reconcile forecast to actuals and coordinate with Accounting on cash application and adjustments.
• Own the Global Aging Report cadence and credit watchlist, flag at-risk accounts and quantify exposure.
• Lead and develop a global collections team across regions, ensuring scalable coverage.
