Job summary

Atlas HXM seeks a Client Implementation Manager to lead onboarding projects for enterprise clients, coordinating with internal teams and clients to configure solutions that meet expanding global needs.

The role requires 5–7 years in a similar capacity, plus strong skills in project management, CRM, and ticketing platforms; HR/payroll expertise is a plus. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, with hybrid work and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in an implementation/client onboarding role.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency with project management, CRM, and ticketing tools.
• Experience with HR/payroll processes globally.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding projects and manage stakeholders.
• Create detailed phased project plans for global clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and configure solutions.
• Manage risks and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction post-implementation.
