Job summary

Identity Digital Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Operations to plan resource allocation for the Business Operations department and oversee day-to-day operations.

You will manage priorities from internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality registry activities. The role reports to the VP of Product & Engineering and leads a global team across Toronto and Dublin, driving SOPs, cross-functional collaboration, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business operations experience with at least 5+ years in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Operations, or equivalent
• Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Streamline internal workflows and set SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks
• Define the long-term operational roadmap for the BizOps team
• Automate repetitive tasks and design better reporting mechanisms
• Lead a global BizOps team located in Toronto and Dublin
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on bug fixes, feature requests, and workflow automation
