Pfizer is seeking a Director of Benefits within the People Experience division in Ireland (Dublin) to lead the design, execution and governance of global benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings, regulatory compliance and clear communications.

You will lead a team, partner with senior leaders across Global Units, drive major initiatives, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and influence policy to support Pfizer's mission of breakthroughs that change patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree with extensive benefits knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Proven experience in leading complex benefits initiatives and projects.
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in benefits administration systems and stakeholder engagement.
